Group Therapy Sessions
Groups are offered with an expressed interest from at least 6 people.
- Recovering from Depression (a cognitive behavioural therapy group for depression) - 8 sessions
- Recovering from Anxiety (a cognitive behavioural therapy group for anxiety) - 8 sessions
- Care for the Caregiver (an information, self-care skills, and support group for caregivers) - 6 sessions
- Parent Support Group (a group for parents struggling with a youths mental health) - 6 sessions
- Understanding Your Addiction (a group for those struggling with addictions) - 6 sessions
- Whats Going On? (a group for people who want to increase their understanding of mental health illnesses, treatments, and community resources) - 3 sessions
